Cracked Soap

   If after using the soap for a while, then the soap show cracked line, you can wrapped the soap in a piece of thin cloth and continue using. If you continue to use the soap, the soap will start to crack off and wasted. 
   Or you can recook the soap in 50% water to make liquid soap.
   You can return the cracked soap to Head Quarters (Bukit Minyak) in exchange for a new soap base on size. Or you can mail the cracked soap to us and we will mail back with a new soap. This is our customer satisfaction guarantee.

Starting Dec 2011, all our new batches of soap will not have this kind of problem. Thank you. We already monitoring and tested the new batches for 2 months. Crack issues solved for 100gm and 50gm soap.
